Getting to the Venue
Worcester College, Oxford
UHB2025 will be held at Worcester College, Walton Street, Oxford OX1 2HB. The college can be accessed via the Porters Lodge at the intersection of Walton St and Beaumont St.
By Train:
Oxford Railway Station is a 10-minute walk from Worcester College. Exit the station and head east along Botley Road, then turn left onto Worcester Street. The entrance to the college will be to your left.
By Bus:
The Oxford Bus Station (Gloucester Green) is a 5-minute walk from the college. Several bus services from London (including the Oxford Tube) and other cities stop here.
Food & Drink
All conference attendees will be provided with a:
- Tea break with refreshments
- Sandwich lunch during the poster session
- Afternoon refreshment
No food is to be eaten inside the auditorium.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements during registration.

How much are the symposium registration fees?
Due to the support from Worcester College's Wigmore Fund and our sponsors, Uncovering Hidden Biology 2025 is free for all accepted attendees. Additional fees may be charged to attend the conference dinner.
Am I allowed to take photos of the presentations and posters?
Out of respect for all presenters, we ask that attendees refrain from taking photos of presentation slides and posters without explicit permission.
